I actually do ALL of this and I can’t stress enough how much better my workouts have been as a result! I’m seeing better results, burning more calories, my heart is always elevated and I can just feel it.

“Nobody says anything about that”
I’ve reblogged this about 40 times. But let me do it again.
His autopsy reports did show that his skin colour was changed by the condition, not artificially.

Just leave it in my ask box and I’ll reply to each one! I’d really love to know :D
So the first image is from this post the other week.
I did end up replying to the Grey sister because it honestly was pissing me off to no end. I have issues with this sister, which you can read about in the first post. I think what I ended up saying was short and simple, and while I highly doubt Grey actually thinks I’m right or even really thinks my point is valid.
Oh, and Red is the Yellow sister’s friend.
I’m really happy with how Yellow handled Grey and Red. She is just very educated and well spoken. But both Grey and Red don’t seem to get it. Especially with Grey’s last comment, it seemed more like they were just saying the things about ‘good points’ to not look bad.
And then the third image is from a private message with Yellow. She actually made some good points. and it makes me feel really good that she sees what I’m doing and is supportive and not judgmental. I definitely get a judgmental feel from Grey a lot of the time.

This is probably my—- third? least favorite day of the year.
After the day my dad died.
And after the day my grandfather died.
